We are SOOOOO excited about our very FIRST Tapas Tuesday as welcome Ms. Mindy Gardener a guest The Roxbury, Contemporary Catskill Lodging to serve up her very special pierogies along side other ate.o.ate catering/Rich Ellsworth specialties. We first met Mindy and her husband Mark when we gathered at the Roxbury in April to celebrate the marriage of Greg and Joe. They had been customers at the Truck in previous visits and when we found out Mindys long standing family tradition of making pierogies with her grandmother we suggested that she make her debut as Guest Chef on the truck. Well...the time has come. Mindy is here with rolling pin in hand....Rich and Abby will be on board as well. Corner of Main and Bridge in Roxbury beginning at about 4pm.
