We are afraid to speak because of the backlash we receive....because of the circumstances we find ourselves in, thinking those circumstances take something away from our credibility... Thats called shame Shame has been a powerful immobilizer in countless white societies due to the colonial process of land theft, domination, and many forms of penalty.....shame is one ripple that is still making huge waves for us. Creator places what we come to know, in our laps....what has happened to us or what we have done, cannot take away what we have come to know.....sometimes that knowledge is obtained in the most heartbreaking ways... The wounded who know they are wounded and strive for repair, are who can help us climb out of that dark place we find ourselves in..... In time we heal....and learn....and out of all the challenges we find something that has climbed into our spirits and decides its gna live there Gratitude This is a good place to be.....try to stay in this place longer, than in the dark places ....even the dark lights up when u operate from gratitude We have lot of thank u songs and payers....learn at least one...smile when u sing.....u will hear your own smile and it sounds so good
