We are happy to inform you that Online Examinations Booking System tool is available in the website smude.edu.in under student corner for the students of your LC to book the October 2013 online examination schedule. Online examinations will be computer based . Ø Using OEBS ,Students can § SELECT a Time slot for each subject from available dates & Batches for that subject. § CHOOSE the examination centre of their choice at locations where more than one Examination Centres are available. Ø LC in consultation with student may also book if the student cannot do it for some reasons. Ø The generated e-admit card will be sent to Learning centre only. Ø Online examinations will be starting from 19th October 2013 onwards for students of below programs Ø For all other programs apart from the above ,exams will be held in OFFLINE mode from 19th October 2013 onwards Ø E-Admit cards of students who have not booked examination schedule through OEBS will be available in LC login by 15th October 2013 after automatically allotting them with whatever vacancy available in the date slots/examination centre at that location. In such scenario proximity of examination center to LC cannot be assured. The last date for booking October 2013 online examinations schedule is 6th October 13. NOTE: LCs will be provided with a separate login credentials, using which they can i) Download information of students who have a. completed the booking in OEBS b. registered but not booked( Password also will be available) and c. not done registration ii) Download e-admit cards of students who have completed the booking DO’s 1. Click on the appropriate URL in the landing screen based on the state in which the student is appearing for the examination. 2. Enter Registration Number in the registration screen 3. Select Date of Birth 4. Enter Mobile number and email ID 5. Confirm the details displayed by clicking the check box 6. Click on Register 7. Check mobile or email for password 8. Check the "Junk/Spam" folder if you do not see the mail in your inbox. 9. Enter Registration number in Login screen 10. Enter the password 11. Click on Login 12. Read Important Instructions 13. Confirm the user profile data and agree terms and conditions by clicking on check boxes 14. Click on book a seat 15. Select exam center or exam date and batch time out of the options available 16. Click on Book Schedule 17. Click on OK button on the warning message to proceed or click cancel to Cancel the selection 18. Confirm the booking details to book the slot by clicking on Confirm button or click cancel to Cancel the selection 19. Check mail and mobile for booking confirmation 20. Check the "Junk/Spam" folder if you do not see the mail in your inbox 21. Collect the e-admit card from the respective LC 22. If your LC has not received the e-admit card within 48 hours from the booking completion, please contact [email protected] 23. Use only following browsers - IE 8.0,9.0,10.0 Google Chrome 29.0 & Mozilla Firefox 24.0. Don’ts 1. Clicking on the URL not belonging to your state in the landing screen, the application displays - Please enter valid registration no. 2. Trying to login to the same user or different users from the different tabs of the same browser, the application displays - Please logout of the previous session 3. Trying to login to the different user from the different windows of the same browser, the application displays - Please logout of the previous session 4. Trying to login to the same user from the different windows of the same browser, the application displays - Please logout of the previous session 5. Trying to login to the same user from different browsers, the application displays - User is already logged in. Please try after 30 minutes. 6. Do not press F5 or refresh during the process, the application displays - Session expired. Please re-login 7. Trying to register for a registration number by more than two candidates at a time, the application displays - You have already registered. 8. Trying to enter the registration number which is not available in the application data, it displays - Please enter valid registration no. 9. Trying to re-generate the password through Forgot password option by not entering the email ID which was registered, the application displays - Registration no. or email id is not matching. 10. If you do not select the schedule for all the subjects, the application displays - Please book a seat for all the subjects scheduled. 11. Trying to select more than 6 exam centers out of exam centers available in a city, the application displays - You cannot select more than 6 exam centers
