We are heading into spring. Well ok ok. Maybe not just yet, we wish spring was here. Spring sets the bar for the entire rest of the year here at REal estate private funding. Lending requests for rehab loans. Hard money loans. Bridge loans. Private money lending is the thing to do again this year. We have one particular broker who submits requests every day to us. We are in need of more one on one private lenders to fund transactions. We feel the demand sitting at 500,000 a month. That stems only from the rehab and short term funding portfolio. We have a ever growing requests for multi family deals that will and can be set as fractionalized mortgage notes. This means that every lender shares in the same exact rate and possible equity position on that deal. If you need more information on that type of set up for your funds keep us in mind.
