We are in a position of Anterior flexion quite a bit, from sitting at desks to driving & this causes our Anterior musculature to become short and over active, but our posterior to be lengthened and weak. One of the best Glute exercises that I dont see many people doing is the Barbell Glute Bridge (that Shawn is performing here.)Very important for hip movement & stability and crucial for injury prevention & alignment, not to mention tightening and building some muscle in your beautiful back-side. Give it a try or if youre doing already.. Keep it up..
