We are looking for a dynamic, dedicated, hard working and skilled professional to support program on Elementary Education and Skill development in Rajasthan. Applicant should have Masters degree in Education / Child Development / Development Studies / Social Work / Rural Development with a minimum of three years experience in elementary education and / or skill building and with proven management skills. Job profile: S/he will facilitate field activities in project areas and liaise with government officials in different programmes and partner organisations for strengthening elementary education and skill development in select blocks of Rajashan. The job will entail providing support to key initiatives, partner agencies, monitoring and providing technical support, evaluation and analysis of project progress, and documentation / reporting. The job will entail working as a part of the team with potential and current grantees, and will include the following: • Monitoring and support for efficient functioning of field projects supported by the Trust or initiated by CmF in the field of skill development and/or elementary education. • Liason with government, community, partner organizations to develop effective solutions to educational needs. • Ensuring quality inputs and outputs; for achieving programmatic and financial goals. • Any other responsibilities, as assigned by the organization from time to time. The position is to be based in Jaipur with intense travel (12-15 days in a month) in field area in Rajasthan. Remuneration: Remuneration will be 40,000 to 45,000 per month and shall be commensurate with ability and experience of the applicant.
