We are looking for a professional dog bather that communicates as well with our clients as they do with the dogs. Our bathers are an important part of the team in both of our salons. You will work with a team of top notch groomers and managers. We value our employees and that creates a fun and caring environment. Our salons can be fast paced. We are looking for a bather that will pitch in to make the system run smoothly. The right person will be: Reliable and on time according to schedule, able to work anytime between 9:00am-6:00pm Must understand and love dogs of all breeds. Able to work a physical job on feet the entire shift Lift a minimum of 50 lbs Think fast and create solutions Work in a team structure with little direction Must be able to speak with customers and follow their directions. Not mind being wet Must follow company policy at all times Not be afraid of hard work Willing to listen and learn Available to work weekends Experience required. Job Description: Our bathers engage with customers to define their bath service needs and then perform the services. They also assist and instruct customers using the self bathing facility. Bathers also support our team of groomers as needed. The position also includes maintaining the salon, cleaning tubs, filling shampoos, washing towels, mopping floors.
