We are looking to rent out the first floor room of our duplex in Hauz Khas Apartments. Its a spacious house, well ventilated and a mere 3 minute walk from the green park metro station. Car parking is available. The first floor has a bedroom, a big living room with an adjoining sitting area, kitchen and a bath adjoining the bedroom. The second floor has a common lobby and a nice patio. The house is furnished and the third person can move in asap. Two of us live on the second floor. The separation of floors ensures your privacy and deters unnecessary interference which is a common characteristic of shared flats. We found this house after 3 months of searching for an accommodation in this area, that we would want to come back to after work! We are two working guys, who have created a peaceful environment conducive to work and chill at our place. In case you are interested in sharing it with us please send me a message. We are open to sharing our place with anyone, irrespective of gender, nationality, or any such criteria. What you eat, drink, smoke or who you sleep with is none of our concern.
