We are registered for the following dates in Jacksonville. May 1-3 ( no games start before 630 pm on Friday) double points weekend.. May 29-31 ( already 8 teams registered should be a full tourney) July 16-19 ( summer nationals 5 game min. With possible 7-8 games.) World Series rings issued to gold and silver bracket winners.. Please check out lenzfield for any tourney info... I have also sent in group rate quotes for these weekends.. They have started to book quick. The first two weekends looks like will be at Hampton inn ( indoor pool) and will be mix of rooms with queens and king I got what they had left. The summer national I reserved all 2- queen rooms.. She will be sending me quote on each weekend soon.. The Hampton is 2 night min so I will need to know who plans on staying both nights. I can cancel up to 21 days before.. Comfort inn doesnt have a night min and I can cancel up to 15 days on number of rooms.. I know this is a while away but these hotels book quick as we seen last year... Other tourney dates include April 25th ( shipman) June 12-14 Santa Claus In Aug 1-2 edwardsville sizzler Those dates are confirmed I will be throwing in a couple local tourneys when dates are released. Looking at lil Eagles tourney, and prolly 1-2 in Bridgeton / Florissant area...
