We bought the ambulance for the rural area outside San Carlos, Nicaragua! So thankful for a church family willing to sacrifice to provide emergency healthcare to strangers. It will make emergency trips to a nearby hospital. It must be 4WD b/c the roads here cant be called roads! I also discovered that this community runs out of essential medicine (like antibiotics) halfway thru the month, each month! The clinic also lacks blankets. In the pictures you see the young doctor Moises showing me the empty Cephalexin box. So many needs, i.e., opportunities for the church to be the church! Again, so thankful for the big heart of my church family!
