We can continue to turn a blind eye to all of the environmental catastrophes and warnings of much greater devastation and enjoy the gluttony of life but in our lifetime there will come a point where money, real estate and other material possessions or commodities will hold no value and the most desired resources will be water and food. I know it is hard to comprehend but water and food will only be assessable to very few people and this wont only impact upon third world countries- we will be fighting for these basic resources. Maybe each of us could do a little or rather a lot more to save this beautiful planet.
