We dont have a sissy squat machine or however you want to refer to the device. Lots of ways to recreate that. Hack squats can work well even though the positioning looks crazy. This is an easy way to utilize a leg extension for a sissy squat. My feet positioning is hard to see. Thanks for the heads up on that, Holly. So Ill post up a couple of pictures of how to position your feet to make it work. These absolutely kill as a finisher and pumped my quads to the max.
