We got this Ducati story from Amy in USA. She wants us to enjoy every possible day on the bike as you dont know how many you will have. Enjoy her story :-) For as long as Ive wanted a motorcycle, Ive dreamed of owning a matte black Ducati Monster. My husband and I had ridden prior to having our children, now 11 and 7, but kept saying we couldnt really afford to get bikes again and wed have to wait. Then in August 2012, I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. My husband, Fred, decided the waiting was over and started his search for my dream bike. With the help of our sales person, whose name was also Fred (was it fate?), one was found and I received it for my birthday in October 2012. The following year I had some pictures taken for my hubbys birthday as a thank you - of course Angelo had to be in a few of them too! ;) We will always have bills to pay and things that need fixed, updated, etc. But when life throws a wrench in your long term plans, things change. Dont come up with excuses to put off what you really want or desire. You never know when you wont be able to go on that trip, change jobs...or ride that bike.
