We had a blast at our advanced teacher training on the biomechanics of the hip at triyoga this week! Anatomy, while fascinating, can be a lot to digest so we got creative with it and drew the muscles of the hip and leg on each other. Now these yogis can wear their new leggings every time they need a refresher ;) Watch out for this group, world! So excited to see this incredible bunch of teachers take their new knowledge back to their students and communities. Our global community rocks!
