We have requested Mr. Mr. A K Parasar, In Charge, Focal Point For Human Rights Defenders, National Human Rights Commission of India to provide us details of the Indian and International Human Rights Organizations and Human Rights Defenders who/which have/has either filed a Complaint before the NHRC or working with NHRc in any capacity to create a Forum of Human Rights Defenders and Human Rights NGOs which is a crucial need of the hour to press as well as to encourage the Indian Legislatures to enact a Law which will take care of IMMEDIATE full protection of Human Rights Defenders and Human Rights NGOs which are the victims of reprisals due to their Human Rights activities.
