We have to check the rationality of the lawmakers and society before enacting any law. One can not imagine that the government urges to pass a law against graffiti and domenstration while there are people in the country can not find propee health care, proper food, proper housing , proper transportation means . One shall doubt the existence of such rationality where they find the governement is veru concerned to immune their positions while the ppl is this cointry suffer illness, hungry, poverty, and illiteracy. Rationality is the thing we have to look for not new laws ... our lawmakers and lawfinders are arguably irretional enough to the extend that they unable to set the priorities or explore the needs of the ppl. They act crazy.
