We have to understand that God never takes us into places that He feels we are not prepared for. Think about Moses. He was called and had to lead the children of Israel through the desert. Think about it. Before he had to do that ... he had killed and Egyptian servant and ran. He ran to the wilderness. He spent 40 years in the wilderness PRIOR TO leading the children of Israel through the wilderness for 40 years. So he already knew that God could and would keep His people in the wilderness because God had already kept him. Remember some of the things we go through are to prepare us to help us GET through.
