We here, are just without words. We havent just lost a friend, a wonderful breeder nor just a beautiful soul - weve lost one of our family , Kris Tasker you were our mentor, our adopted grandmother and a huge force behind my career. From the day I first met you and you gave me the ride on your beautiful horse Sammy (ottaba Braveheart) and to then riding his three gorgeous sons, ottaba dicey Riley, Melbourne and of course sterling - your belief in me was a blessing. We had plans to take your horses to the top and you never missed an event. Every spare day we had, we were up at the farm with you, terry and the horses - your home was our sanctuary, you invited us into your home and your life and we could spend all night talking about the future and horses. I was so Blessed to speak to you the day before you passed , and planned our next trip and the future. I promise to pursuit all our dreams with your horses and I promise to take every word of advice and desire you gave me. Your horses will be at Adelaide like we always planned and we will always ride for the ottaba stud. I send absolutely all of our love to terry and the family- we are hoping to be up soon to be with you all. I cant even write goodbye - its not even a part of this - as I will breakdown at the thought of saying goodbye - for now we feel like we are in a dream , and we couldnt possibly be without you, we have shed every last tear and every laugh reliving our times with you, it is most certainly not goodbye, your still here - within us all,, within your horses, family, your legacy & dreams forever.
