We just had a great weekend - with over 40 visitors from the lower Klamath river tribes (Yurok, Karuk, Hupa) and the Wiyot tribe - a youth cultural immersion camp focusing on sharing traditional knowledge. We stripped and hung 11 fish in the smokehouse, and had a traditional salmon BBQ in the evening. Heres a short time-lapse video showing some of the activities on saturday. Many thanks to HSUs INRSEP program faculty (Lonyx and Jacqueline), and Rita Wafler.
