We know there is widespread support for funding preschool - and we know how critical it is (it also reduces costs and interventions later). But, of course, no one wants to fund it. How would you recommend funding preschool, especially for low income children, in California? Yes, ALL public education is woefully underfunded. But where is the political will to change that? It is not just children that are paying the price for the way California takes care of its children.
