We live in an era of unprecedented connectedness. The world has never before been in such a state. Information crackles between us at the speed of electric impulses in our nervous systems. In fact, we are experiencing ourselves all together as a single body--not as isolated individual bodies crawling around on a planet. A shooting over here and a war over there instantly pains us all at some level. This means that we are collectively bombarded with impulses. You and I as indivuals have a fascinating responsibility to bring healing and pleasure back to the whole. I do the world no good by obsessing about the pain and weakening myself. My responsibility is to live in joy and radiate the pleasure of wholeness. A single cell in the body doesnt cure disease by taking on the symptoms of other infected cells. I hold a place of peace as my greatest service in this world knowing that I have a choice to spread either health or illness. We are all connected. Together we can heal.
