We must protect the old from abuse. If you see anything wrong always try to help. Sometimes the old dont know what they are going :( We must watch them and ask them about their day. We never knows who will take advantage of them. They can easily be tricked and lied to. A PA can be taken away so fast if they are ticked by others so they can be the PA even if they lie. Many lie to the old just to trick them into getting all their money then they throw them away after they are done with them :( I did my best to help my uncle. He is 97 and monday my PA was taken away because my uncle was brainwashed into believing lies. Lawyers are here to protect the old not to allow the old to change everything so others can take all. This last 7 months were hard. Make sure you call Elderly Abuse if you think something is wrong. Then at least there is a record of it. I did my best. Sometimes it is not good enough and sometimes it is good.
