We need more people like the owner of Arcadian Cafe, in the hospitality business...the place was jam packed today so we expected minor glitches here n there in service and we strongly believe not to create a fuss over small things. Due to the mayhem and sadly being understaffed today, he heard our complaints n concerns over a matter( which I will not quote because I dont want anyone to misuse it as an excuse). We were already chilled out once we had the delicious food. However Imran( the owner)forcefully didnt let us pay a single penny for the entire meal! Since he had been so nice throughout we thought it would be extremely unfair to not pay, but nothing convinced him. Imran we are fans of how u understood the importance of customer care and hospitality. Now well make sure we keep coming, not only for the yummy food, but because of the fact that u give importance to every customer in ur restaurant and are extremely humble! We have nothing but good wishes for u and we hope we always see further improvement!
