Years ago a friend and I were going surf fishing at Cape Point and we hit a spot where water was flowing under the sand. needless to say we immediately sank till we were bottomed out, the tide was coming in and several trucks got stuck trying to help us. Just before the tide got to the truck about 100 surf fishermen all came up and grabbed the tow line and pulled us out by hand!
