This follows Zimbabwe’s success story in the crafting of its home-grown supreme law. The delegation Tanzanian is being led by Mr. William ngeleja who met the minister of state in the office of the president and cabinet flora buka at her munhumutapa offices last week and he explained to them how the country went about the constitution-making process. Tanzania is in the process of making its new constitution and the legislators are eager to learn from other countries, including Zimbabwe.
