We sincerely apologies for any delays with your order getting to you. We are doing our bit to get your cookies baked fresh and sent in the time period we specify, but unfortunately the couriers at this time of the year are overwhelmed with parcels to deliver and there is not much more we can do from our end and I would like to say that there is not much the couriers could do but there is, they could hire more staff over the Christmas period. We are saddened to hear that parcels are not arriving on time and we are trying our best to help communicate with the couriers but we do not get any different answers and we get the run around as well, its extremely frustrating and we understand how you feel. If your order did not arrive on time, we want to know about. (in full disclosure our local couriers are amazing, we are only having issues with contractors to Toll at the other end)
