We want to thank all of you for your kindness and support. On September 10, 2013 we had our first rehearsal at Dennys house on N. Amber Drive. Daniel and Denny had been playing some songwriter nights together and were asked to to put together a 3 hour show at the end of September. We said yes although we had no idea how it would happen. There was never an intention to form a band but we grabbed Jim to add more songs, vocals and percussion....and that face. On September 12, 2013, we played a 1-1/2 hour show. On September 27, we played a 3 hour show. At the time we were just Daniel, Denny and Jim. People encouraged us to keep playing together. We rehearsed for hours upon hours. We ate together, prayed together, argued, laughed and became best friends. We did most of this at Dennys house so that is where the name was derived. We played only one show in October but then we started performing everywhere we could. We mean everywhere and under all sorts of conditions...good and bad. Almost immediately we were being asked for a CD. We recorded some songs in Dennys living room completely live in December. That was going to be our CD but when we listened to it again in January we realized that it was much looser than our performances and we didnt want to sell that. Instead we went back to work. So tonights show at The Listening Room Cafe will be close to our 100th event since our first show last September. The CD is ready and we are extremely proud of it. There are so many people to thank but we really want to thank all of you for your patience and support. If we dont see you tonight we hope to see you soon. By the way, we try really hard to remember everybodys names but we have seen so many faces over the last year that often we need reminding. Thanks again, Daniel, Denny and Jim
