They were all knowledgable and corteous, as well as polite, which is important to me when Im spending my hard earned money. They did everything I asked for and said they would do. Bob went above and beyond what was required of him. Indeed he is my new best friend. I brought my five year old nephew with me and they even managed to engage him.
