We went for a venture north a couple of weeks ago to Fitzroy reef, with only 24 hrs on the water we put in the hard yards with minimal sleep amongst the crew we got onto some quality reefies and managed to find a heap of new productive marks for the future. There was a tonne of life in close to the reefs but with limited time and a malfunction with the live bait tank made it a bit tough this trip, so we had to rely on our petackle rigs and a mix of baits from mullet fillets, dead hearing and fresh strip baits to get us all the fish landed on this trip. did anyone else get out over the xmas break? if so please show us your pics
