We were to leave Bhutan on 9th May and one day prior to it, my elder one, Manthan, had some health problems. We were seriously worried as we were in a small and sleepy town, drizzling started and dusk was about to engulf. We had no hopes of any medical care as we had heard that there are is no much private medical care available in Bhutan. Immediately, our Hotel organised a taxi and we rushed to the Government Hospital. We were simply amazed by the cleanliness, medical care, Duty Physicians professional approach and swift action! I hesitantly asked if I can contribute anything to this small PHC. Doctor had a hearty smile and politely refused. Manthan completely recovered in less than four hours.
