We who are Christians ALWAYS need to take the Bible literally, unless the context tells us otherwise but God by His Spirit will ALWAYS let us know which parts of the Bible arent to be taken literally. It is a SIN to interpret the Bible however you want to and it is a SIN to trust in mans interpretation of the Bible. The ONLY way we who are Christians will understand the Bible is to trust in GODS interpretation of the Bible cause ONLY HE wrote the Bible NOT man. And Nonchristians, AKA Lost persons CANNOT understand the Bible cause they do NOT have the Spirit of Christ living in them (Psalm 12:6-7; Luke 12:12; Romans 3:4, 8:9; 1 Corinthians 2:12-13; 2 Timothy 2:15, 3:16-17; 2 Peter 1:20-21)
