We would like to share with all of you that this Saturday 23 August, the Blue Jackets will be hosting a charity event (Blue Jackets Merdeka Raya Charity) for orphanage children of various race (malay, chinese, indian and others) and religion at the Wet World, Shah Alam. This is our 3rd year of hosting this event, and it is our version of Raya open house where we are at the service to the children in providing them with joy and laughter as opposed to the usual Raya food delicacies being served to well off individuals and families. Alongside that we have also prepared food and beverages which the children will definitely enjoy. We are currently targeting 300 children from different homes. Apart from monetary donations which we have already collected we will also be involved on the ground in the running of the event at Wet World. The Frats will be there this Saturday from 10am to 4pm. For those who are keen to help out do come along and introduce yourself to Slim, Ray or Erwin and spend a couple of your precious hours with the kids and make a difference.
