We would like to thank BETA - Beirut for the Ethical Treatment of Animals for being there yet again! And helping us find the owners. And we would like to thank Jessy El Khoury for trying to help what she thought were lost or dumped dogs, As they were roaming around the streets with no leashes nor owners. Apparently the owners let their dogs out in front of their building to do their business. 11 year old buddy and 3 year old Gucci are now happily reunited with their loving owners who from now on will keep them on a leash while walking. We just wish that all dog owners always walk their dogs with leashes and always keep a name tag on your pets to prevent any other misunderstandings.
