Wednesday 5 minute EXTRA workout Sorry people - theres no video today as Shaun T didnt do one for this workout.. hopefully the videos will be back tomorrow :D If youve been to a class youll know 1 and 3. For 2, squat down into a fairly wide squat, and pulse - small up and down movements, not a full range of motion. 4 - wide squat, feet turned outwards (into a plié!), squat down and hold. 5 - remember the high knees we used to do during warm-up? This is the same but hold your hands up near your face in a boxing defence position, elbows tucked in and as you lift your knee you perform a slight twist to move your elbows towards the raised knee - got it?
