Wedsnesday Workout Well Today Hump Day Right? Lol Lets get it!! Men 10 burpees 15 dips (u can use chairs, tables, benches and etc) 20 mountain climbers 25 jumping jacks 5-8 sets today Walk, Run or Jog 3-5 miles Women 5 burpees 10 dips ( u can use a chair, table, bench and etc) 15 mountain climbers 20 jumping jacks Hmmmm lets go for 4-6 sets today Walk, Run or Jog 2-4 miles Elders 5 knee raises 10 situps 15 arm rotations going forward 15 arm rotations going backwards Do that set at least 2-4 times Walk 1 mile at least and no more than 3 Lets get this hump day started. Ill be doing this today with everyone! If you do this right. I promise itll hurt so good!!!
