What Has Changed: A storm system is still expected this weekend but the latest trends have this storm too far east to have a significant impact on our area in terms of snow. New England may still be impacted so dont be surprised if you continue to hear about this storm. Impacts: COLD! Highs Saturday barely into the 40s, lows Saturday night in the 20s, highs Sunday in the 30s! Snow Impact: Little to none. While it will be plenty cold enough for snow by Saturday night, the flow over the Great Lakes wont be especially good for lake effect snow. In addition we wont have a lot of moisture around to produce snow. A light coating is still possible by early Sunday morning and for some this would be the first snow of the year.
