Welcome! to Internal Wisdom Tai Chi & Qigong. Hi my name is Luis and Im excited to be launching my new business into the local community and facilitating classes at Bondi Beach. Tai Chi has been a passion of mine for the past 6 years and has offered me a practice that has helped shape who i am, expanding my world of infinite possibilities and quality of life. I have a love for sharing knowledge and my intention is to create a new communiCHI to offer a unique system of practice that is fun and exciting. I look forward to meeting all new participants.
