Welcome to the 1st day of the 30 day "When life knocks you down, Do a BURPEE Challenge". This challenge Is for all levels of fitness from beginners, intermediate, and you stud athletes out in there in Facebook world. No athlete is too weak nor strong for a Burpee. The names not pretty but the results sure are. This challenge requires no equipment and can be done anywhere. This exercise targets your entire body. We kick off the 1st day of the 30 day challenge with 5 Burpees. If you have any questions or concerns private message me or watch our video on the different levels. Note: this challenge is meant to challenge you physically as well as mentally. Pushing yourself is how you will see maximum results. Photos are highly encouraged.
