Welcoming the Stranger at our Door: The Episcopal Farmworker Ministry This Sunday, we welcome Patti Trainor, Development Coordinator for the Episcopal Farmworker Ministry, whose mission is serving migrant and seasonal farmworkers in the fields, on the farms, and at home. Come and learn how you can positively impact the lives of the 3,500 farmworkers and their families we minister to each growing season at 47 labor camps in a three-county area in Eastern North Carolina. Farmworkers often work around dangerous pesticides and farm equipment and live in deplorable housing while they plant, grow and harvest our food. See how you can positively impact their lives today!
