Well, Friday night I worked, and now its 8 p.m. on Saturday night and where am I? At home in my jammies. LOL This is something very new for me!! Ive been trying to cut back or avoid the party/bar scene lately. I enjoy having a few mixed drinks or dancing with good friends once in a while. But I guess Im getting old...and ready to be more settled...and Im tired of peoples nonsense. Theres something just so empty feeling when you go out all the time, and you wake up the next day feeling tired, wondering why you spent your $$ but have nothing to show for it except for a headache, and why you wasted your time on something thats OBVIOUSLY only taking you down a road to nowhere...with nobody. But staying home, going to bed alone, and not having someone there with you when youre sick kind of sucks as well. Theres got to be more to single life at age 47 other than a big party...right??
