Well I have put this off but cant keep quiet any longer. A few months ago I answered someones request to take their one year pit bull dog. They were moving and their new HOA would not let them bring the dog. First of all why would you move into a rental house and not take a member of your family ? My gosh its a rental house in the same town !!! Not like you were moving to another town. I am sure there were other homes available. You wanted to come check me out before leaving your dog. I thought great this owner really loves this dog and I was TOTALLY fine with this request. You came with your husband and we watched your dog and mine play in the backyard. They did GREAT together and I kept your dog. You CRIED when you left and I felt sooo sad for you. I cried too. To have to give up your dog had to be the hardest decision ever. SO I THOUGHT !!!! This poor dog is soooo scared of men and runs and hides if there are ANY sudden movements or sounds. As you know I use a cane to walk. I need to be so careful not to move my cane suddenly by her because she will crouch down like she is going to be hit. She was so hungary when she first arrived that it took her seconds to eat. This is no longer an issue because she knows there will be food for her always and no one will let her go hungary again !! She has been taken to the vet on numerous occasions for consultations regarding these issues. YES this dog was abused.... Poor girl I feel so sad for her. So I just want to tell you THANK YOU for giving her to me. She is VERY loved and we WILL work thru her fears. I pray to God you and your husband NEVER have an animal again. Shame on you !!! You know who you are. Shame, shame, shame on you !!
