Well, I havent had time to update until now, so here goes. Today was very busy waiting on buses to get to Suncoast and then having my appointment with the psychologist. I started out on the route 4 bus and then went on to Gateway to catch another bus which got me to the Shoppes at Park Place. That bus was running late but I made it okay to my appointment. I had a great counseling session with Melissa, my therapist. She made several helpful suggestions and gave me advice about which direction I need to go with my life. I told her that I felt like I was floating in mid-air with no parachute to help me get on the ground-and that is a terrible feeling. So she tried to tell me what she thought I needed to pursue next in my dismantled life. I will definitely follow her advice and see where it all goes.... I made spaghetti squash tonight for our supper and it turned out really well-Pat enjoyed it so that was good. Tomorrow I am going back home to do some laundry and maybe go on to Grahams Produce Market to find some decent fruits and vegetables at a reasonable price. Ive really missed going there on a regular basis. There isnt a moment that goes by when I dont think of mom. It really is hard living without her, but I told my psychologist that I would never take my own life just to be with her. I have to see what is next for my future....
