Well…I meant.. The value of art in man’s survival, according to what I interpret from the article, is that it fully recognizes human subjectivities. It takes spherical thinking human beings into full consideration in achieving an absolute objectivity. By first taking good looks at all possibly subjectivities, then recognizing their existences, as in non-singular, and then deconstructing it (as in non-singular) layer by layer,.. How beautifully Ayn Rand defines (an) absolute by Not defining it, as in non-singular, directly. It is Taoistic, and zen. If art is discussed in this context, the value of art is NOT a matter of luxury; it is a matter of survival - a moral issue. It is the only mean of transcending onto an absolute objectivity by looking at, looking through, and finally looking beyond subjective worlds. Art keeps subjectivities on an objective balance.
