Well, I showed up to work 3 hours early. I guess that means Ill get in todays #OCRBeast and #NASpartans workout earlier then I had planned! Here is an example of each type of push-up in the workout. I only finished 5 rounds, but considering this was my first time doing lateral push-ups, and my arms were still feeling the race weekend, it still had my arms burning by the end.
