Well Im going to throw my two cents in on the Red Wings this season. We did nothing to improve in free agency, resigned 2 guys I felt deserved to go, and basically were the same team as last year minus Tootoo, Eaves, Legwand, Samuelsson and Bertuzzi. Alfie is also doubtful to return now. I hope that our guys in Grand Rapids are ready to make the jump becausr they WILL be up here. Injuries happen and it will be one of those bad years again, Mantha and Alfie are already out. However if Detroit wants to retain their post season streak they have to have Howard and Gustavsson play HUGE. I have faith in our team and I know they can both come up big in the clutch. Im okay with our forwards except lazy Franzen(play harder) but for the love of Stanley, shoot the puck more!!! Defense needs big improvement, Kronwall, Ericsson and DeKeyser are okay in my book. Quincey is a bad resign unless he proves himself this year. Smith is getting better, I guess, however Kindl and Lashoff need to go. We need to buffer with 2 solid top 4 dmen. Inviting Aaron Rome to camp isnt the answer to our blue line problems... That being said, Go Wings! #XscottXjusticeX
