Well Woman Fitness offers Exercise sessions focusing on Wellness Our Wellness Camp sessions consist of high fat burn exercises suitable for all different ages. We are nothing like the call on me videos- no thongs or leotards! We are real people that come together achieve the same goals. This class will guarantee you will drop a dress Size in 28days. Our 4 week challenge consists of Exercise sessions, full nutrition Plan (that works and is not expensive) we weigh and measure you at the start and end of the course and take before and after pictures so you can see visually how great you are doing. Then once completed and you have dropped your dress size you get a new nutrition plan to make sure you don’t get bored, and you can continue the sessions on a pay and go basis. Legs Bums & Tums Class – Straight forward Class focusing on everyone’s Problem areas Personal Training – There is more to Personal Training that a lot of people may think. We will tailor you programme to your every need, including injuries and strengthening exercises.
