Well... a strange string of events have happened in the last 24 hrs...... First...I went to put Levi in the car and noticed it smelled like gasoline. Hummm..maybe thats the residue from the gas trimmer we got yesterday. Got in the drivers seat and in my cup holders was a gas cap...what the??? So I tossed it out on the porch.. get too the mall and when I opened my door..there was a small box of matches on the floor. Never seen them before..so I threw then Im my purse. Get home..Glen asks me why the gas cap is on the porch....dont know .he says it goes to the rider...goes our to the garage and our chain saw is gone. Yep we were robbed. They ransacked the Element but nothing there..took the electric weed wacker...but they dont have the charger. Volvo locks itself so they couldnt get in. Glen went to our neighbors and sure enough, most were broken into. Thankfully, the chain saw was in the ditch a few doors down.. just waiting on the sheriffs now. We think the dogs scared then from taking anything further...God bless them. Around 3:30 they started going nuts and Levi was waking up so I let the dogs out to tend to him. They were barking and making a commotion like I never heard before...yelled for Glen to see what was going on, but he couldnt hear them like I could. When he did check on them, they had stopped. Again.. THANK GOD FOR OUR DOGS. So much more could have been taken.
