Well, after long day at work, i find it sometime my stress level is high. So, i have learned to coupe by simple relaxation that can help to relieve the symptoms of stress. It can help me calm down and take a step back from a stressful situation. I learnt to practice deep breathing at a regular time and in a quiet place where i won’t be disturbed. Good relaxation always starts with focusing on my breathing. The way to do it is to breathe in and out slowly and in a regular rhythm as this will help me to calm down. Try to do it and it is really very useful technique.
