Well, for those who think I have too much regard for my time, I thought I would disabuse you of that notion. In information that will be shocking to those who know me approximately zero percent of the time, I sometimes have difficulty throttling back my competitive side...I had a monthly calendar I was trying to figure out what to do with. In mid-january I hit on the bright idea of recording my racquetball outcomes. Since I missed most of January I figure I will skip December, but here are a few numbers. For the year, I am 198-26 in singles. At one point from late August through early this month I had a 46 game winning streak...including going 15-0 in September and 20-0 in October...August looks bad with its 16-1 record... In doubles I went 136-28...and 6 of the 28 were in one day in Nebraska... Cutthroat was 194-49 I even played 1 on 2, going 16-0. Totals: 544-103. I win. A lot. Lest you think I beat up on the same people repeatedly...for the year I played against 34 different people from 4 countries (Mexico, India, Canada and the US) in three states (Oregon, Nebraska, Washington). I did manage a winning record for the year against Scott, my toughest competitor, 17-11, and also against the other A-level player I got in singles with, 4-3...note that I do not think I am an A-level player and consider every win against either D-Scrive or Scott an upset...but nice to know I can compete with them. So yeah, there is a complete waste of your time if you read this. You are welcome.
