Well it was an interesting trip to Lincoln today. I met spousal on our camp road dressed in my capri pants, sneakers, and my Keep Calm Im a Clements Sweatshirt. With my trusty coffee cup in my hand I lept atop our 14 year old 4 wheeler for a mile long journey through deep snow to get to my little cabin in the woods. Though it was a tippy scary ride my coffee and I arrived safe and sound to see the lights of my Christmas trees twinkling through the windows! Spousal had taken Genny 1 out of her retirement and started her right up. She was just purring while all my lights twinkled. As I stepped behind the quilt I was transported back to my happy place that I left in late November! I was greeted by all my Santas, Snowmen, and trees, fire glowing in my fireplace it was heavenly until .... I looked up in horror to find Red Sox Baseball blaring from my TV! Yup Baseball ... Spousal arrived and called direct TV right up to get MY receiver connected. He did give it to me after we ate lunch and I turned on hgtv and sat in my trusty dusty recliner by the stove. I felt peace... I felt love... I felt home... at last.... for an hour until the 48 degrees got to me and I had to leave. I have usually moved in by now. Looking at the snow and road conditions I am guessing 2 or 3 more weeks but I can drive all but the last mile... life is good! I even took pictures of all my decorations maybe ill post them later! Happy Easter Eve!
